For mail that actually matters

Sent a proposal?

See when a message shows activity and time the next note — without a CRM.

Waiting on a client?

Set a reminder only if there hasn’t been activity yet.

Sent an important intro?

Get a cue when a message shows activity again, instead of refreshing Sent all day.

Built for freelancers, consultants, and one-thread follow-ups — not campaigns.

Privacy by design

Your email stays in Gmail

Subject, recipients, message content, and attachments never reach SentCue. Tracking requests use a random ID and timestamps — not the contents of your email.

Only a random ID and signal timestamps leave this device

Questions

Common questions

Are activity signals proof someone read the email?

No. A blue circle means an activity signal was detected. That is not proof a person opened the message. For example, a mail provider or a security scanner can load pictures on its own, or you can create a signal by opening your own copy in Sent. How tracking works.

What about Gmail image proxies?

Gmail loads images through Google’s proxy. When the image loads after the Undo window, SentCue shows a blue circle in Sent, and known automated loads are filtered out. How tracking works.

What data leaves the browser?

Subject, recipients, message content, and attachments never reach SentCue. Tracking requests use a random ID and timestamps. History and reminders stay on this Chrome install. See exactly what SentCue stores.

Does it work on mobile Gmail?

It works in Gmail on a computer browser — Chrome, Edge, Brave, Opera, or Vivaldi. It does not work in the Gmail apps on iPhone or Android.

Does Scheduled Send work?

Scheduled Send is not tracked. The email still goes out at the chosen time.
